Where can I have my photo shoot?

• Photo sessions are permitted in your booked room
• Photo sessions are permitted in public areas open to the public: hallways, corridors, terrace, restaurant, conference room, lobby bar, and lobby.

Cost

• Guests staying at the hotel may have their photo sessions in their room and public areas of the hotel free of charge.

• Guests not staying at the hotel may have their photo sessions in public areas of the hotel for 5 000 rubles per hour. For in-room photo sessions, please contact the reservations department to inquire about a special rate.

• Guests renting conference rooms or hosting banquets can take photos in the hotel's public areas free of charge. For in-room photo shoots, please contact the reservations department to inquire about special rates.

Photo session rules:

• No more than 4 people organizing the session (including a stylist, photographer, videographer, florist, and others) may be on the hotel premises during the photo session.

• The photographer/stylist/videographer/florist is invited (and paid for) by the guests themselves.

• Photo session duration in public areas: for hotel guests – no more than 1 hour; For non-resident guests / commercial photography – according to the paid time.

• In-room photo sessions must be completed by 10:00 PM.

• Photo sessions must be conducted in a polite manner and not create a disturbance to other hotel guests.

• The theme of the session must not violate generally accepted standards of behavior and moral norms.

• The photo session must not infringe on the personal boundaries of other hotel guests; photographing other visitors is prohibited.

• The use of any props must be agreed upon in advance with the hotel administration.

• Drinking alcoholic beverages brought with you in common areas, as well as any fireworks or pyrotechnics, are prohibited.

• Violation of hotel rules or littering of the hotel grounds will result in the termination of the session, and guests may be charged a fine of 10,000 rubles for non-compliance with the photo session conditions.

• In the event of damage to hotel property by guests, compensation will be provided in accordance with the price list.

• Any photography on the hotel premises is prohibited without the prior approval of the hotel administration.

• Any use of the Helen Hotel image for commercial purposes must be approved.
