Open daily with a focus on buffet breakfast and lateron a la carte fine dining, Tillander restaurant offers up a tempting selection of food and drink to keep you satisfied from early morning to late at night.

In this time-honored yet contemporary spot our guests are treated to classic European cuisine interpreted with a modern twist. Whether you’re looking for a venue for meeting or private dinner, the Tillander restaurant has it all. This room, spanning 85 square meters, is tailored for 40 guests and in case we are hosting a large-scale event and serve breakfast for groups, the Tillander restaurant and the adjacent Tiara banquet hall, accomplished in the same neo-classical style, are geared to welcome up to 80 people.

Thanks to the high panoramic windows overlooking the large courtyard, natural light floods the space, creating a dream-like atmosphere with a focus on elegant decor. Open-concept layout merge buffet and dining areas into a seamless space, bathed in a neutral color scheme, where soft whites, creams and greys dominate. The color palette includes cold silver and natural hues, complementing the wooden elements of window frames, tables and flooring. Task lightnings are strategically recessed into the ceiling, while exquisite chandeliers with iridescent pendants, multi-tiered structure and brushed brass finish add a warm golden touch. The name of the restaurant is an allusion to the legacy of Alexander Tillander, the founder of the world-famous pre-revolutionary St. Petersburg jewelry company, purveyor to the Imperial Court, which used to occupy this building. Transforming this space into a restaurant, we take pride in having preserved its historic spirit. As a result a harmonious blend of elements forges a curated look that is both modern and timeless.

Buffet breakfast is served daily from 7:30 to 11:00 in the Tillander restaurant.
A la carte breakfast delivery (room service) is available from 08:00 to 13:00.
A la carte service is available daily from 13:00 to 22:45. Orders accepted until 22:30.
Room service fee - 200 rubles per delivery
20% discount for resident guests from 13:00 to 16:00 on weekdays in the Tillander restaurant
