We are happy to welcome small and medium-sized dogs up to 50 cm at the withers and weighing up to 10 kg at Helen Hotel.

A mandatory surcharge of 2000 rubles per night per room applies for accommodation with a pet.
On the day of arrival, you’ll find everything you need in your room:
- Amenitis ISB Fruit of the Groomer Set - shampoo and towel - to keep your pet looking immaculate and feeling fresh!
- Absorbent pee pad
- Compostable dog waste bags
- A branded Helen bone-shaped toy with the Helen logo, a gift from the hotel to entertain your pet!
- Flyer with a discount for services at a trusted veterinary clinic located within walking distance of Helen Hotel.
In addition, the following items will also be provided in the room for your pet during your stay at the hotel:
- A branded Helen bowl for comfortable feeding and drinking.
- A soft and cozy Helen-branded bed for your pet to rest.
- A non-slip silicone mat with a raised edge to keep food and water in place.
If your pet likes the bed, bowl, and feeding mat, you can purchase them and take them home as a souvenir!

Other pets, including but not limited to cats, birds, reptiles, aggressive dog breeds, wild animals may not stay or visit the hotel

Guests with guide dogs are allowed regardless of their breed and weight

Guest should bring carrier, food, muzzle, favorite toy, hygiene bags etc

A deposit of RUB 5,000 is charged. (refundable upon check-out after checking the room)
When checking into the hotel with pets, the guest signs a special form, where pet’s policy conditions are indicated. Guests are liable for any property damages or personal injuries caused by their pet during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's account for the cost of repairing such damages according to the pricelist. Pets are not permitted to restaurant and any public areas.
