Travelling with pets

Can't leave your furry friend behind? Small dogs are welcome at Helen Hotel. Prior arrangement with the booking department is required. Please take a moment to review our Pet Stay Terms and Conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for both you and your pet:

• An additional charge of RUB 1,000 per night per room per pet is charged

• Small/medium breed dogs no more than 50 cm tall and weighing no more than 10 kg are welcome

• Other pets, including but not limited to cats, birds, reptiles, aggressive dog breeds, wild animals may not stay or visit the hotel

• Veterinary documents are required

• Guests with guide dogs are allowed regardless of their breed and weight

• Maximum number of pets per room - 1

• Any room type may be booked for staying with pets

• Guest should bring a litter box, carrier, bowl, food, muzzle, favorite toy, hygiene bags etc

• A deposit of RUB 5,000 is charged. (refundable upon check-out after checking the room)

When checking into the hotel with pets, the guest signs a special form, where pet’s policy conditions are indicated. Guests are liable for any property damages or personal injuries caused by their pet during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's account for the cost of repairing such damages according to the pricelist. Pets are not permitted to restaurant and any public areas.
