Visa support and registration

We will be happy to provide visa support to foreign citizens who have booked a room at Helen Hotel, i.e. issue an invitation to obtain a tourist visa.

• Visa support covers only the period of stay at the hotel 

•  The invitation is issued individually for each guest 

•  The cost of the invitation depends on the guest's citizenship 

 Given the rules of migration registration, upon arrival at the hotel, the foreign guest is registered for the period of his/her stay at the hotel. This service is provided free of charge.
