Helen hotel’s Best Price Guarantee means that our guests can be sure of booking at the best rate.

If you find a lower price elsewhere, we will be happy to match it and give you an extra 3% discount compared to the price of the third-party booking channel. Take a screen shot that clearly displays the lower price and corresponding conditions and send it to us. Once we check that the lower rate on the other website complies with the Terms and Conditions, we will send you an email confirmation of the new reservation at best rate.

Please note:

• The compared rate should have identical conditions: same booking dates, room type, number of guests, currency, prepayment policy, etc.

• The best price guarantee does not apply to discounted rates or promotions provided by third-party sites / rates granted for employees or loyalty programs’ requiring membership / «exclusive offers» and «secret deals» / online coupons and promotional codes / negotiated group or corporate rates / cross-marketing promotions / package offers or private rates / offline rates (booking request).
