For those travelling with little ones or for just enjoying some family bonding, we have created unique deals for the ultimate family getaway!

Children 0 - 3.99 (3 years old inclusive) 

• Children can stay on the existing bed in the room with their parents for free. 
• If a baby cot (a crib for children weighing up to 15 kg) is required, it can be provided free of charge upon request. 
• Breakfast for children under 3 years old is provided free of charge
• Baby pot / toilet seat in the bathroom - free of charge
• Baby tooth set - free of charge
• Staircase stool - free of charge
• Storage of the stroller in the reception area during your stay - free of charge
• Baby chair in the Tillander restaurant - available upon request - free of charge
• Charming baby COMBO sets - available upon request - extra charge
• Baby slippers and bathrobe - available upon purchase of a COMBO set - free of charge

Children 4 - 7.99 (7 ​​years old inclusive) 

• Accommodation on the existing bed in the room with parents is free of charge. If an additional bed is required (installation of a cot or covering of the existing sofa in the room), it is available upon request for an additional fee of 2,000 rubles per day. 
• Breakfast for children of this age is offered at a 50% discount; an additional fee for breakfast is required for each day.
• A baby pot / toilet seat in the bathroom is provided free of charge
• A baby toothbrush set is provided free of charge
• A step stool is provided free of charge
• Charming children's COMBO sets - for an additional fee
•  Children's slippers and bathrobe - free of charge, provided that children are accommodated in extra beds or when purchasing a COMBO set

Children 8 - 11.99 (11 years old inclusive)

• Accommodation on the existing bed in the room with parents is free of charge. 
• If an additional bed is required (a cot or a sofa in the room), it is available upon request for an additional fee of 2,000 RUB per night. 
• Breakfast for children of this age is offered at full price; an additional fee for breakfast is required for each night.
• Children's toothbrush set is provided free of charge.
• Children's slippers and a bathrobe are provided free of charge if children are accommodated in additional beds.

Children > 12 years old

• Children over 12 years old are considered adults. Accommodation on the existing bed in the room with parents is NOT available. 
• An additional bed is required (a cot or a sofa bed in the room) for an additional fee of 2,000 RUB per night. 
• Breakfast for children of this age is available at full price; an additional fee for breakfast is required for each night. 
• An adult toothbrush set is provided free of charge.
• An adult bathrobe and slippers are provided free of charge.

Please note:

• When booking rooms from the hotel's website for families and providing the correct age of children, options for accommodation on existing and extra beds with breakfast are offered, and all additional charges are calculated automatically. 
• A baby cot for children under 3 years old (a cot-playpen for children weighing up to 15 kg) and/or an extra bed for children aged 4-12 years old (an existing sofa or a European folding bed) are only available in Superior, Deluxe, and Suite rooms. In Standard, Classic, and Modern rooms, children are only accommodated on existing beds. 
• Helen hotel does not offer babysitting services or children's programs, and there is no children's room or playground on site. 
• There are no family rooms at Helen hotel. We recommend booking higher-category rooms (Superior, Deluxe, or Suite) for families with children, as they are more spacious, and adding an extra bed for the child, as the existing 180-cm bed may not be comfortable for all guests.
