How can I buy a gift certificate?
- Guests may purchase gift vouchers on hotel’s official website
- Gift voucher should be fully paid
- Gift vouchers are available in value from 5,000 to 50,000 rubles - purchase a gift voucher
- The certificate cannot be exchanged for money, returned or extended. When the certificate expires, it becomes invalid.
- Accommodation which is paid by certificate should be completed before voucher’s expiration date.
- Certificates can be summed up.
- If you have lost the certificate, it can be restored by contacting the booking department.
- The certificate can be used only once, regardless of its nominal value.
- If the cost of services is lower than the nominal value of the certificate, partial refund is not possible.
- If the total amount for accommodation exceeds the certificate value, extra payment is required.
- The certificate cannot be used for bookings through third-party sites or booking systems. Prior booking/prearrangement is obligatory.

- As soon as you are ready to make a booking for certain room and dates, send a booking request to booking@helen-hotel.ru
- Make sure to indicate in the booking request: "Please accept the valid certificate No. <certificate number> upon check-in".
- Receive the booking confirmation.
- If the total amount for accommodation exceeds the certificate value, extra payment is required.
